I’m Nichol Preciado-Youngs, founder of Grounded Resilience and creator of three signature coaching experiences:

I also provide organizational and founder operations consulting to help you and your teams get on track, fast.
I spent 20+ years climbing from entry-level roles to the C-suite, earning multiple promotions, and building a doctorate-level understanding of leadership and strategy. But I also rebuilt my life from the inside out after addiction, divorce, self-doubt, burnout, and breakdowns. I’ve been the woman holding it all together until I couldn’t, and I know what it takes to choose a different way forward.
I hold a doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Leadership, along with certifications in project management (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt). I’ve led system rebuilds across multiple sectors and scaled teams through complex transitions, funding rounds, and leadership shifts. I also work closely with women 1:1, helping them navigate career, finances, boundaries, dysfunctional environments, and learning how to be self-respecting, self-trusting, self-loving, aligned individuals whose ambition matches their ability to execute and achieve their goals.
My approach blends strategic clarity with a deep respect for the lived experience of humans in motion, from all journeys of life.
A Personal Note from Nichol
I am a woman’s woman.
I have wrestled with and faced the demons of “Good Girl” syndrome. Of childhood abuse. Of growing up in a home filled with dysfunction. Of addiction and alcoholism. Of crushing financial debt and having to rebuild my life after divorce. Of depression, anxiety, and that suffocating feeling of never being able to reach my goals no matter how hard I pushed.
I’ve battled self-sabotage, people-pleasing, and playing the politics game until I didn’t recognize myself anymore.
And then one day, I decided: I wasn’t going to live that life anymore.
Today, I’m debt-free. I do work I love. My life is full of deep and meaningful relationships, a thriving marriage, and a community that feels like home. I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been — mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. And instead of feeling detached from my own life, I wake up every morning knowing I belong in it.
The road here was long and hard — and that’s why I’m here to walk alongside you.
I’ll help you dismantle the fears, doubts, and outdated rules you’ve been conditioned to believe. I’ll champion you. I’ll advocate for you. I’ll tell you the hard truth when you need it. And I’ll stand by you as you do the work of stepping into your next chapter.
