Who we are

Structure is strategy in motion. Clarity is what makes it possible.

At Grounded Resilience, we believe that operations aren’t just a back-office function—they’re the framework that holds a mission steady while it grows.

We help mission-driven organizations scale by designing systems that reflect their purpose, protect their people, and make sustainable progress possible. Whether it’s streamlining workflows, aligning finances with impact, or building leadership capacity, our approach centers on infrastructure that creates consistency, trust, and momentum.

When structure is aligned with purpose, leaders lead better, teams thrive, and meaningful work actually scales.

Meet the Founder.

Operations are only effective when they reflect the values and realities of the people they’re meant to support.

I founded Grounded Resilience after more than 15 years leading operations, finance, and organizational design across nonprofits, startups, and service-driven businesses. My work has always centered around one question: How do we build systems that don’t just function—but actually sustain the people doing the work while supporting the business?

I hold a doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Leadership, along with certifications in project management (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma. I’ve led system rebuilds across multiple sectors and scaled teams through complex transitions, funding rounds, and leadership shifts. My approach blends strategic clarity with a deep respect for the lived experience of teams in motion.

This business is the synthesis of everything I’ve practiced, tested, and delivered: scalable infrastructure that honors the mission, protects people and the bottom line, and grows with integrity.

Two Paths, One Foundation

Grounded Resilience exists to bring meaningful structure to purpose-driven work.

Our consulting arm offers fractional COO services, strategic operations support, and scalable infrastructure for founders and teams in growth. We partner with organizations that need alignment, systems, and executive guidance—but not the complexity of a full-time operations hire.

Alongside this work, we also steward a mission-aligned initiative called The Sondra Project—a growing body of financial recovery tools designed to support women navigating economic instability after addiction, incarceration, or life-altering trauma. It lives within Grounded Resilience because the belief is the same:

The right systems, applied with intention, can change the trajectory of a life or an organization.

Our Values

  • Clarity Transparent structures, shared expectations, and decision-ready data.

  • Integrity Aligning mission with execution—no shortcuts, no misalignment.

  • Sustainability Designing systems that can scale without burning people out.

  • Dignity Respecting the complexity of work, people, and the realities they face.

  • Strategic Humility Leading with confidence, but always listening first.

When values are operationalized, they stop being statements—and start shaping outcomes.
